I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were enormous and perfect for my family of four. However, they looked quite different from the photos I saw during booking. The service was excellent with friendly staff going out of their way to assist. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to various tourist attractions in just a short walk or using the nearby cable cars. The dining options were decent but not extensive. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
